Stopping the renewal
Your payment is handled by our payment provider, and the receipt email you received after purchase carries the link that manages it. Open that email and use the link — it opens a page where you can cancel the renewal or change the card.
If you cannot find the receipt, write to us with the email address you paid from and we will cancel it for you.
What happens to the rest of your period
Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not cut the period you already paid for: if you cancel a monthly plan on day 8, you keep the remaining 22 days.
When the period ends, w0a keeps working — the free features stay. What stops is access to the paid ones.
Cancelling is not a refund
They are two different things. Cancelling stops future charges; a refund returns money already taken. What can be refunded and what cannot is set out on the Refund Policy page, and it is worth reading before buying rather than after.
A charge you did not expect
If you were charged after cancelling, or charged an amount you did not expect, write to us with the date and amount. Include the email you paid from. We can see the transaction from that alone.
