Your w0a licence key is emailed to you the moment your payment is confirmed. Under the distance-selling rules of many jurisdictions — including the EU and Türkiye — a licence key is digital content that can be delivered instantly by electronic means. For such content you may consent, at checkout, to delivery beginning immediately and acknowledge that by doing so you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. We ask for that consent and acknowledgment separately before you pay; until you give them, delivery does not begin.

1. Right of withdrawal and its exception
In many jurisdictions — including the European Union and Türkiye — a consumer buying at a distance generally has 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. The same rules provide that this right does not apply to services performed instantly by electronic means and digital content delivered instantly to the consumer.
A w0a licence key falls within that description: the key is generated and emailed to you the instant payment is confirmed. Where you have given prior express consent to that immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right, the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies once delivery has begun. If you were not asked for that consent, the ordinary 14-day right remains.
This consent — that delivery begins immediately, and that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal — is shown separately on the checkout screen immediately before you become liable to pay, and your confirmation is recorded. The purchase cannot complete without it, and we confirm it to you on a durable medium (by email) together with your key.
2. When we refund anyway
The absence of a withdrawal right does not mean you are left without recourse. We issue a full refund in the following cases:
- The key does not work. If the licence key we sent is invalid or cannot be activated and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.
- The software will not run. If it does not start at all on a supported Windows 10/11 (64-bit) system and we cannot fix it.
- A core advertised function is missing. If a core function described on this site genuinely does not exist or does not work.
- You were charged twice. If a duplicate charge is found, the extra amount is refunded.
- An unauthorised charge occurred. If a payment was made without your knowledge.
These do not replace the statutory remedies consumer law gives you for a defective service; they are in addition to them. If the software does not perform as described, you retain your legal rights to free repair, a price reduction, or cancellation of the contract.
w0a may be used from the age of 16. If you are under 18 you may use it only with the knowledge and consent of your parent or legal guardian, and the purchase must be made or approved by them (Terms of Service, section 1). If a payment was made from your card by a minor without your approval, it is an unauthorised charge in the sense of this section: write to us and we refund it, and the licence key is cancelled. If we learn that a licence is being used by someone under 16, we end that licence and refund the unused period.
3. When we do not refund
- You did not gain as much FPS as you hoped. Nowhere on this site do we promise a specific performance gain; any gain depends on your system's existing state and may be nil. We say so plainly before you buy.
- You changed your mind. Once the key is delivered, we do not refund on the basis of no longer wanting it.
- You used it on a device that does not meet the requirements. Systems other than Windows 10/11 64-bit are unsupported, as are virtual machines and server editions, and this is stated before purchase.
- Your key was cancelled for licence sharing or abuse. The period you already used is not refunded. This is not a blanket forfeiture: before cancelling we tell you our reasons and give you an opportunity to object, and outside deliberate breach or fraud the unused period is refunded pro rata — Terms of Service, section 13.
- Your subscription term has ended. A period already used is not refunded.
- Because of a third party's decision. A game or anti-cheat provider's decision about your account is outside our control.
- Because the software's life cycle one day ends. "Lifetime" means your licence term is unlimited; it is not a promise that the service runs forever. Even if development ends, activated lifetime installations are designed to keep working offline through the signed entitlement record on your device. Details: Terms of Service, section 4.
4. How to request a refund
Write to our support channel and include:
- The email address you used at purchase
- The purchase date and payment reference
- What the problem is — with a screenshot or error message if possible
We will resolve your request within 14 days at the latest, and usually much sooner. We first try to fix the problem; if it cannot be fixed, we refund.
To check a request we use the record kept for your key: the purchase email it was issued to, the payment provider's customer reference, when the key was activated, the hardware ID it is bound to, the hardware summary your device sent at activation, the last IP address recorded for it together with the country derived from that address, when the key was last seen online, and which version of the agreement shown inside the app — the summary of these Terms of Service — was accepted on that device and when. What we hold, why, and for how long is set out in the Privacy Policy.
If the right of withdrawal does apply to your purchase — that is, you were not asked for the consent described in section 1 — it works differently from the cases above: send us a clear statement within 14 days that you are withdrawing. The 14 days run from the day the contract is concluded, which for a licence key is the day of purchase. No reason is needed and we do not ask you to try a fix first; we instruct the refund within 14 days of receiving your notice, by the method in section 5.
The contact address for refund and withdrawal notices will be published in this section.
5. Timing and method
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record: Paddle is the seller of record for the transaction and issues your invoice. Approved refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method in the original currency. We decide the request and instruct the refund within 14 days at the latest; how long the amount then takes to appear depends on Paddle and on your bank or card provider, which may add a few business days. We charge no fee for refunds. You may also raise a refund request with Paddle directly through paddle.net, and any chargeback or payment dispute is handled by Paddle as the seller of record.
When a refund is issued, the associated licence key is cancelled and your access to the software ends. The same happens when the money goes back through a chargeback or a payment dispute.
6. Subscription renewal
Turning automatic renewal on or off is entirely your choice. If you turn it off, your current period keeps working until it ends and you are never charged again.
- The lifetime plan is a one-time payment; there is no renewal at all.
- On term plans you can cancel renewal at any time before the renewal date, by contacting us through the channel in section 4 (or through the payment provider's customer portal, where one is offered at checkout). Cancellation stops the next charge and takes effect from the following period.
- Once a renewal charge is taken, that period is not refunded; cancellation takes effect from the following period. This does not affect any mandatory statutory rights you may have, nor the cases where the Terms of Service itself gives you a pro-rata refund of the unused period (sections 9 and 13).
- Your renewal price will not be increased unless you agree to it.
7. Try the free tier first
You can run the software on your computer before paying anything. w0a opens without a licence key: the monitoring pages, the optimisation sets, launch options and CS2 configuration, RAM settings, the DNS and ping tests, the FPS benchmark, the repair page and the backups all work in the free tier, so you can confirm it runs on your system and that you like the interface without spending anything. Nine screens need a paid licence: registry tweaks, network priority, game optimisation, the process manager, power plans, graphics card tuning, RAM timings, the stutter analysis and the USB ports page (Terms of Service, section 8). Trying the free tier first is the best way to know the app works for you.
8. Which version applies
Your purchase is governed by the version published on this page at the moment you bought. The version number and effective date above exist for that purpose. If we change the policy later, the change applies only to purchases made after the date of the change; the terms of a purchase you already made are not altered retroactively to your disadvantage. We update the version number and effective date, and provide the previous version on request.
This policy is published in English and in Turkish. For consumers resident in Türkiye the Turkish text prevails; for everyone else the English text prevails.
9. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a refund request, your rights as a consumer are reserved: in Türkiye, before the consumer arbitration committees according to the applicable monetary thresholds and, for disputes above those thresholds, through mandatory pre-action mediation followed by the consumer courts; elsewhere, before the consumer authorities and courts of your own country. Nothing in this policy closes those routes.
